If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging with the original packing slip to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. In order to return an item, please call Customer Service at 817-361-9960 Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday from 9am-6pm,CST, or Thursday 9am-2pm to receive a Return Authorization number that you should mark on the outside of your package.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of the returned item in the form of credit to the credit card holder. Exchanges will be made within 30 days.

Only items purchased on Hebeskincare.com can be returned to Hebeskincare.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office must be returned to their original point of purchase.
